Michael Rohleder

As a successful CEO in the highly competitive semi-conductor business, Mike has extensive experience in helping high tech companies achieve growth and potential. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of Ultra-Scan Corporation, a biometric hardware and software company where he helped prepare the company for capital financing and long-term growth. Prior to that, Mike was CEO of the VEBA Electronics Group North America, a $4 billion global semiconductor distributor. During his tenure at VEBA, Mike built the North and South America operations of the company from a $20m regional distributor to a $2b division with over 2000 employees. Mike served as Senior Vice President of World Wide Sales and Marketing for ON Semiconductor, a $1.0b publicly traded semiconductor company, where he held full responsibility for strategic planning, operating and leadership responsibility for global sales, business development, customer service and tactical marketing.
