Mr. Provenzano served as CEO and Senior Vice President and Regional President of Memec Americas (an AVNET Electronics company) beginning July 2002. From 1997 until 2002, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Memec Insight, Inc., a former U.S. subsidiary, and joined the company in 1986 as Area Director for Memec Insight, Inc.
